I am proud to have 34 years of experience within the mortgage and real estate industry. The best part of my job is the satisfaction that comes with being part of a successful home purchase transaction that involves both my customer and referral partner. When someone chooses me to help finance their home purchase, they can expect to have someone in their corner who treats them like family. I will always try my best to meet face to face throughout the entire process if possible. It is always my goal to get you to the closing table on time.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Stephanie, along with playing ping pong, fishing, woodworking, smoking meats, and cooking good food. I also love sports and love watching – and tailgating when possible – UGA and SEC football along with Atlanta United

All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
