With over 25 years of experience, Brandon has spent most of his professional career in the mortgage and real estate industry. Brandon has managed many aspects of the mortgage lending business including Risk and Loss Mitigation, IT and Facilities infrastructure, Collections and Customer Service, Secondary Marketing and REO and Property Preservation/Management.
Today Brandon leads The Pratt Mortgage Team and uses his vast mortgage banking experience to help people easily finance their residential-mortgage transactions in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Florida. Not only does Brandon help you finance a new home purchase and evaluate existing mortgages, Brandon finds the right mortgage product for his clients. Whether it be a second home, multi-family investment property or a relocation mortgage, Brandon will find the best mortgage and rate for his clients. This is an addition to superior customer service!
Brandon is also a member of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, The Open Door Food Pantry Board of Directors, The Essex County Community Foundation Leadership Council, and the Ferncroft Country Club in Middleton. He lives in Topsfield with his wife Danielle and two children Ella and Hudson.
When Brandon is not helping his clients with mortgages, you can usually find him at any North Shore golf course or beach in the warmer months. In winter and summer you may bump into him in the mountains of Western Maine.
